Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment methods are Klarna, Swish, Card.
Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the cooling-off period) is valid for 14 days. Of course, we hope that you will be satisfied with our products, but if any problems arise, please contact us immediately and we will solve it.

Deliveries

Normal delivery time is 1-3 days. After major campaigns, the delivery time may be longer than normal. We always do our best to send your goods as quickly as possible, but expect some delay on these occasions. Delivery is made with Postnord or DHL. Choose the one that suits you best! Free shipping on orders over 1500 SEK.

Exchange/Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. Exchanges are fine, but please let us know first why you want to exchange, so we can come up with a good solution. 14-day open purchase! For shipments that have not been redeemed and not canceled but have been returned to Rough Athlete, a fee of currently 300 SEK incl. VAT will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping and administration.

On May 25, 2018, the new data protection regulation GDPR will come into effect. It replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act and applies as law in all EU countries. All companies, organizations and authorities must comply with the new rules. The main purpose of the data protection regulation is to improve the protection for you as our customer when your personal data is processed. This means, among other things, that you have the right to find out how we use the information we have about you and for what purpose. We only use your personal data to be able to create receipts and send out orders. Everything is stored via Shopify (the webshop solution) and you as a customer can request all data from the system at any time. The data that is stored is as follows:

Name, address, telephone number and possible email address.
